To provide you with the highest level of personalized service and expertise, The Travel Morena charges a nominal consultation fee of $50.00 for 1-4 guests and $100 for groups of 5 or more. This fee covers the time and effort invested by our travel agents in creating a tailored itinerary and ensuring a smooth booking process. Please note that this fee is separate from the actual cost of your trip and will be deducted from the total booking amount. We believe that investing in our services will ultimately simplify your life and enhance your travel experience. Our goal is to take care of all the intricate details, allowing you to focus on enjoying your trip to the fullest.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please note: If you are a no call/no show, your payment will not be refunded and you will need to re-book the services to schedule another appointment.
