These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by The Travel Morena.

By using this website, requesting travel planning services, submitting a form, authorizing payment, purchasing products, participating in programs, or booking travel services through The Travel Morena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable policies. The most current version will be available on our website.
The Travel Morena operates as an independent travel agency affiliated with Xstream Travel, serving clients throughout the United States.
The Travel Morena provides travel planning, advisory, coordination, and booking support.
We do not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, tour operators, excursion providers, event venues, or other travel suppliers.
Travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, availability, and requirements of the applicable supplier.
The Travel Morena specializes in cruises, group travel, concerts, celebration travel, and customized getaways.
We assist with planning and coordination, but final decisions regarding supplier policies, travel requirements, and personal travel arrangements remain the responsibility of the traveler.
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, contact information, and other required traveler information
• Ensuring traveler information matches government issued identification
• Reviewing travel documents, confirmations, invoices, payment schedules, deadlines, and supplier requirements
• Obtaining and maintaining required passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, health documentation, and entry requirements
• Verifying destination requirements before travel
• Reviewing supplier terms and cancellation policies before submitting payment
The Travel Morena is not responsible for losses, penalties, missed travel, denied boarding, or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete, expired, or missing traveler information or documentation.
If another person arranges or pays for travel on your behalf, each traveler remains responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable travel requirements.
The Travel Morena may charge Travel Planning & Quote Fees for customized travel research, consultation, itinerary development, supplier comparison, or related planning services.
• Travel Planning & Quote Fees compensate The Travel Morena for professional time, research, and expertise
• These fees are nonrefundable once planning services have begun
• Payment of a Travel Planning & Quote Fee does not guarantee availability, pricing, or completion of a reservation
• Travel pricing and availability remain subject to supplier confirmation until payment is processed and the applicable supplier confirms the reservation
By submitting payment information or otherwise authorizing a transaction, you authorize the applicable charges associated with your travel reservation, planning services, merchandise, products, programs, or other approved services.
Payment authorization may be provided through:
• Secure payment portals
• Invoices
• Checkout pages
• Client portals
• Written authorization
• Electronic forms
• Other approved payment methods
Payment schedules and deadlines will be provided when applicable.
Failure to make required payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation, loss of inventory, supplier penalties, or forfeiture of amounts already paid.
All prices are subject to availability until payment is received and the applicable booking or purchase is confirmed.
Pricing may change because of:
• Supplier pricing adjustments
• Promotions ending
• Changes in availability
• Taxes and fees
• Fuel surcharges
• Currency fluctuations
• Supplier imposed charges
Cruise and group travel inventory, cabin categories, pricing, amenities, and promotional offers may be capacity controlled.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers may contain restrictions and may not be combined unless specifically permitted by the supplier.
The Travel Morena may use or link to third party systems for travel reservations, payment processing, quote requests, registration, client portals, reviews, merchandise, email communications, or other services.
When you use an external provider, your transaction or information may also be governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
The Travel Morena is not responsible for the operation, security, availability, privacy practices, or technical performance of independent third party platforms.
Changes requested after a reservation has been confirmed are subject to:
• Supplier policies
• Availability
• Fare or rate differences
• Change fees
• Group contract restrictions
The Travel Morena will assist with requested changes when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Travel planning fees and other service fees paid directly to The Travel Morena remain nonrefundable after the applicable service has been provided or initiated.
Refunds, credits, future travel certificates, and similar remedies related to travel reservations are determined by the applicable travel supplier.
The Travel Morena does not control supplier refund decisions.
We may assist or advocate on a client’s behalf when appropriate, but approval of any refund, credit, or exception is not guaranteed.
Travel Planning & Quote Fees and other service fees paid directly to The Travel Morena for completed or initiated services are generally nonrefundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips or group experiences.
Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, claim approval, and reimbursement decisions are determined by the insurance provider.
If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you accept responsibility for financial losses, penalties, or expenses that may result from cancellation, interruption, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All travel cancellations are subject to the applicable supplier’s cancellation policies.
Group travel may have separate cancellation terms, deposit requirements, or penalties.
Depending on the supplier and timing of cancellation, penalties may be up to 100 percent of the reservation cost.
Travel Planning & Quote Fees and other service fees paid directly to The Travel Morena are nonrefundable once the applicable work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cruise lines may modify:
• Itineraries
• Ports of call
• Departure or arrival times
• Stateroom assignments
• Dining arrangements
• Entertainment
• Onboard services
• Activities
The Travel Morena is not responsible for itinerary changes, missed ports, weather disruptions, mechanical issues, operational changes, or other decisions made by the cruise line.
Unless specifically stated in writing, cruise pricing does not automatically include optional expenses such as:
• Gratuities
• Specialty dining
• Internet packages
• Excursions
• Beverage packages
• Spa services
• Onboard purchases
• Optional transportation
Guests are responsible for completing required online check in procedures and arriving within the boarding time established by the cruise line.
Group travel may be governed by contracted supplier agreements that differ from publicly available rates or individual reservation terms.
• Group pricing and amenities may depend on minimum participation requirements
• Group deposits may be nonrefundable when stated in the trip terms
• Group benefits may change if participation requirements are not met
• Roommate matching is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing
• Travelers sharing accommodations remain responsible for their reservation if another traveler cancels or becomes unable to travel
• Name changes may be subject to supplier approval, fees, or restrictions
• Group activities, schedules, events, amenities, and inclusions may change because of operational requirements or circumstances outside our control
Trip specific terms provided for an individual group may supplement these Terms and Conditions.
The Travel Morena may offer merchandise or other products through third party storefronts, printing services, fulfillment providers, or payment processors.
Product availability, shipping, fulfillment, exchanges, refunds, or replacements may also be subject to the policies of the applicable provider.
The Travel Morena is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise should be reported promptly so the appropriate provider can be contacted.
The Travel Morena may offer optional mentorship, coaching, courses, group programs, or business support services.
Travel agent mentorship provided by The Travel Morena is separate from Xstream Travel’s required supplier training, platform education, compliance requirements, and operational instruction.
The Travel Morena does not replace official supplier or host agency training.
Mentorship and business support may address topics such as:
• Business development
• Marketing
• Systems
• Organization
• Mindset
• Client experience
• Professional growth
Participants remain independent business owners responsible for their own business operations, compliance, taxes, finances, marketing, clients, and results.
The Travel Morena may receive referral or other compensation related to agents joining the Xstream Travel organization.
No mentorship, program, course, strategy, example, or testimonial guarantees income, sales, profitability, growth, or business success.
Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, implementation, time, investment, and other factors.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, enrollment fees for digital courses, cohorts, live mentorship programs, or similar educational services are nonrefundable once access has been provided or the applicable program has begun.
Program materials may include:
• Templates
• Frameworks
• Recordings
• Documents
• Presentations
• Worksheets
• Training materials
These materials are provided for the enrolled participant’s personal business use unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, publication, recording, sharing, or creation of derivative educational products is prohibited.
Emergency transfer requests may be considered at The Travel Morena’s discretion when appropriate documentation is provided.
The Travel Morena name, branding, original graphics, written materials, templates, educational materials, trip materials, and other original content are owned by Moreno Enterprise Group, LLC or used with appropriate permission.
Website access does not grant ownership or permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit protected content.
The Travel Morena is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Government actions
• Civil disturbances
• Labor disputes
• Transportation interruptions
• Mechanical failures
• Supplier operational decisions
• Other events beyond our reasonable control
Any refund, credit, or compensation related to these circumstances is subject to the policies of the applicable supplier, insurer, or other responsible provider.
Clients should contact The Travel Morena regarding billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to provide payment authorizations, invoices, booking records, correspondence, these Terms and Conditions, and other relevant documentation when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or payment card laws.
Email is our primary form of business communication.
Response times may vary depending on:
• Business hours
• Current travel volume
• Supplier response times
• Clients actively traveling
Travelers who are currently on a trip may receive priority assistance when an issue requires immediate attention.
Clients are encouraged to review trip documents, FAQs, supplier information, and other resources provided before requesting additional assistance.
You agree not to use The Travel Morena website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Website content is provided for general informational and business purposes and may be updated without notice.
Links to third party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute ownership or control of those websites by The Travel Morena.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Travel Morena and Moreno Enterprise Group, LLC are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, failures, or negligence of independent travel suppliers or other third party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Trip specific agreements, supplier terms, invoices, payment authorizations, registration forms, or written agreements may contain additional terms that apply to a particular reservation, purchase, or service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
If The Travel Morena or Moreno Enterprise Group, LLC does not enforce any provision of these Terms at a particular time, that does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
