By accessing this website, requesting a quote, submitting a form, authorizing payment, purchasing merchandise or digital products, or booking travel services with The Travel Morena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor
• The Travel Morena operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Xstream Travel
• We act solely as a booking agent and travel advisor
• We do not own, operate, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers

2. Client Responsibilities
• You are responsible for providing accurate legal names and personal information exactly as they appear on government issued identification
• You are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements are met
• Any penalties, fees, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are your responsibility

3. Travel Agent Mentorship and Business Support
• The Travel Morena provides optional mentorship, coaching, and business support to independent travel agents who choose to affiliate with Xstream Travel
• This mentorship is separate from and independent of Xstream Travel’s training, policies, compliance requirements, and supplier education
• The Travel Morena does not provide supplier training, booking instruction, or operational travel training
• All supplier education, platform training, compliance requirements, and travel related instruction are provided solely by Xstream Travel
• Travel agent mentorship offered by The Travel Morena focuses on business development, marketing strategy, systems, mindset, organization, and general professional support
• All agents who affiliate through mentorship, cohorts, or referrals operate as independent business owners and are not employees, partners, or representatives of The Travel Morena
• Each agent is solely responsible for their own business operations, licensing, compliance, finances, marketing, client relationships, and results
• The Travel Morena may receive commission or referral compensation for adding agents to the Xstream Travel organization
• Mentorship, coaching, or support does not guarantee income, business success, sales, or profitability
• Any examples of results, earnings, or growth are not guarantees and should not be interpreted as typical outcomes
• Business success requires individual effort, consistency, time, and financial investment
• One on one mentorship, group coaching, and business support are provided for educational and informational purposes only
• The Travel Morena is not responsible for the performance, decisions, liabilities, or outcomes of any independently operated travel agent business

4. Payments and Authorization
• By submitting payment information, you authorize charges for deposits, final payments, service fees, merchandise purchases, digital products, and supplier charges
• Authorization applies to secure portals, invoices, checkout pages, written approvals, and verbal confirmation
• Failure to make payments by stated deadlines may result in cancellation by the supplier with penalties applied

5. Pricing and Availability
• All pricing is subject to availability until payment is received and booking or purchase is confirmed
• Prices may change due to supplier pricing updates, promotions ending, fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations
• Cruise and group pricing is capacity controlled and not guaranteed until booked

6. Changes and Modifications
• Any changes requested after booking are subject to supplier rules and fees
• Service fees charged by The Travel Morena are non refundable regardless of supplier flexibility

7. Refund Policy and Travel Insurance
• The Travel Morena does not issue refunds under any circumstances
• All refunds, credits, or future travel vouchers are determined solely by the travel supplier or product provider
• We may advocate on your behalf to request a refund or credit, but approval is never guaranteed
• We are not responsible for denied refunds, delayed refunds, partial refunds, or supplier imposed restrictions
• Because refunds are never guaranteed, travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips or group travel
• If travel insurance is declined, you accept full financial responsibility for all costs, penalties, and losses

8. Cancellations
• All cancellations are subject to the supplier’s cancellation policies
• Cancellation penalties may be up to 100 percent of the total booking cost
• Service fees are non refundable for any reason

9. Merchandise and Digital Products
• All merchandise and digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
• We are not responsible for delivery delays, manufacturer defects, or third party fulfillment issues
• Chargebacks for merchandise or digital products are not permitted for valid, authorized purchases
10. Cruise Travel Specific Terms
• Cruise lines reserve the right to change itineraries, ports, schedules, stateroom assignments, or onboard offerings
• We are not responsible for itinerary changes, missed ports, weather related disruptions, or mechanical issues
• Gratuities, onboard expenses, and optional packages are not included unless stated in writing
11. Group Travel Specific Terms
• Group pricing and amenities require minimum participation
• If group minimums are not met, pricing and group benefits may change or be removed
• Group deposits are typically non refundable
• Roommate matching is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing

12. Force Majeure
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control including weather, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, mechanical failures, or natural disasters
• No compensation will be provided beyond what the supplier or provider offers

13. Chargebacks and Disputes
• You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for valid, authorized charges
• Chargebacks may result in termination of services and recovery of associated costs

14. Communication
• Email is the primary form of communication
• Response times may vary based on travel volume, supplier availability, and business hours
• Urgent requests must be clearly identified in writing

15. Governing Terms
• These Terms and Conditions are intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law
